2026 regional plan Update
BCRC has begun an update to the Bennington Regional Plan to comply with Act 181 and Act 47 (HOME Act) requirements. The new plan must be approved by the Land Use Review Board (LURB) by the end of 2026. More information about the required elements of a regional plan, the timeline, and BCRC's public engagement campaign can be found below.
